Mentorship assignment agreement
Terms of the mentorship assignment
The assignment as a study support mentor with a student deemed eligible for learning support stretches from the start date until the end of the semester. On average, the mentorship assignment takes around two hours per week, but you plan and structure meetings yourselves.
It is important that the study support mentor has continuous contact with the student during the course of the assignment and that meetings are scheduled according to the original agreement. Otherwise, the mentor must inform Disability Support Services as soon as possible. The assignment can only be performed in Sweden.
During the semester, study support mentors must respond to emails that request confirmation of their ongoing assignment in an online form. The email is sent once a month to make sure that the assignment is ongoing, and the form must be completed within five working days. If the assignment ends, you, as the mentor, must inform the mentor coordinator without delay.
A fee based on the scope of the assignment is paid out at the end of the semester. The level of the fee is determined by the start date, i.e., from the date of the agreement, and is rounded off to 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of the fee for the entire semester. The fee for the whole semester is SEK 4,800 before tax and the relevant percentage of the total fee is paid out after completion of the assignment, provided that the confirmation forms have been submitted. See the list below.
